Look at that shrug on Kelli's clean pull!
Clean, clean, clean...The only way to get something from the floor to your shoulders. THE ONLY WAY. We've talked about this people. Many times. Scroll through the posts tagged "tips" and you'll see. Let's practice keeping our arms locked out until that final moment and using our shoulders to shrug the bar up as our hips open all the way. This ain't no slow-mo movement, either. JUMP the bar off the ground and make that clean SPARKLE. Yes, I had to fit in some word play/a pun. :)
