We're maxing out on deadlift today. Therefore, have you reviewed our technique tips here, here, or here? Do the lift wrong, and you'll be blaming the deadlift for all your 99 back problems. However, if you can't get yourself in position to do the lift right, then blame yourself for not attacking your mobility issues on a daily basis. Position is power. Make a better decision.
