Iowa Assessment WOD for Mrs. Reifert's 2nd Grade!
There is no better way to get the brainwaves flowing then to get the body moving, which is exactly what Rachel gets her students doing in her classroom. CrossFit is functional fitness that works any time, any place!

The Festivus Games are this Saturday, 04/13, and we have several Warriors taking on the challenge. The competition WODs were released today and thank goodness there is no death by barbell complex!

This is your last week to get your Spring Break handstand/overhead squat photos to us! Submit photos via email, text, Facebook, or Twitter by Saturday.
