Why did you start Crossfitting?
I am doing the Tough Mudder in Chicago this month, and this was decided in September 2012. I was told (by a certain person, he knows who he is) that I would need to do more than kickboxing classes and walking. Some of my co-workers have been doing CrossFit for a while so I decided to try it out. LOVE IT!
Favorite workout/exercise?
Pullups when I can use the yellow band.
Least favorite?
Wall balls
Athletic background?
None, not since Jr high.
What are your goals within the next year inside or outside of the gym (ex: run a 5k, hike the grand canyon, see how many beers you can chug at Busch stadium, etc.)?

What is your advice for people just beginning CrossFit?
Take the "CAN'T" out of your vocabulary and just do it. Wish I had started sooner.
