Kent discovers what a beast he really created.
Use the entire two minutes of the strength session to get yourself on up that rope! You're going to need your grip strength for the rope, and for the deadlift and toes-to-bar. Go for an extra rep before letting go of the bar to really work your grip. You need it for more than just opening jars at home!

Last tid bit: try kipping those toes-to-bar to maximize your efficiency.

7 front squat (155/115)
7 deadlift (225/155)
17 hand release pushups
17 toes-to-bar
