Guess who's back? Well, not exactly who, but WHAT. That's right. It's the BIG 24. This untimed strength WOD is da bomb and it will be here on Fridays for the next 3 weeks. Work on your technique. Get more explosive in your lifts. And gosh dang it, you have plenty of time to mobilize those crunchy tissues and address those range of motion issues in between your rounds. Y'all are always looking for a break in the middle of a timed WOD, and well, here's your chance to take it. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth by ignoring the mobility piece.
