8 AM to NOON

Choose your WOD and/or work on a skill/lift.
Start when you like. Like when you start.
Warm up and WOD choices will be on the white board.
Coaches will be on hand for pointers and movement demonstration.

EMOTM until you can no longer complete a round in a minute.
