The CrossFit Games North Central Regionals finished up in Chicago this past weekend with all Iowa CrossFit teams taking the top places in the team division - 1) CrossFit Kilo, 2) Quad City CrossFit, and 3) CrossFit 515.

One of the original CrossFit Games heroes, Chris Spealler (see video link for "Angie", below), competed in the CrossFit Games Southwest Regionals and unfortunately placed 4th, out of the top seeding for the CrossFit Games Finals in Los Angeles in July.
