We are open our usual hours today.

It's our 2nd week with The Big 24. Add some weight to your last recorded load and go at it. Work on your technique - whether it is making your hips more explosive, whipping your elbows around faster, keeping your arms straight for longer during the upward pull, or smoothing out your squat clean. Focus on one thing in each set of lifts and try to make it better. Or at least get an idea of where your going wrong. As usual, the goal is PROGRESS. Just get a little better each time.

3 hang squat snatch + OHS (115/75; or add 5 total pounds from last Big 24)

8 Rounds
3 power clean + push press (135/95; or add 5 pounds total from last Big 24)

8 Rounds
3 squat cleans (135/95; or add 5 pounds from last Big 24)
