Paleo August is coming! Are you reading up on what it is? Are you eating down your non-Paleo pantry? Are you scouring the interwebs for great recipes, time-saving ideas, and snack ideas? Get prepped and get ready to feel great by eating clean for one month.
SNATCH. Think about your feet. For serious. First determine where you like your feet when you overhead squat (because, of course, you LOVE to overhead squat). Make some chalk marks around your feet in your overhead squat position. When you set up for your snatch, which starts with the loaded barbell on the floor, bring your feet in from those marks. Once you get set up for your snatch, jump that mutha-effing barbell off the ground with your hips and make sure your feet land no farther apart than those chalk marks. Consistent feet = better snatch. Work on it. Make progress. Warrior out.
