Introducing our newest Level 1 CrossFit Certified Trainer:
KYLE JACK

In addition to Ryan on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, we now have Kyle Jack on our coaching team. Kyle comes to us with a background in high school sports and in self-taught gymnastic movements. Once bitten by the CrossFit bug, he quickly improved his skill set -- muscle ups first on the bar, then on the rings -- and improved his lifting ability exponentially. He is one of the most well-rounded athletes in our gym, and he has always been one of the most positive and encouraging members of our community. Now he is helping to run some of our evening WODs and act as a resource for those working on their skills and technique. Congrats, Kyle, on completing your Level 1 Certification! We're excited to have you as part of our coaching team.
