Monday Warriors,
Age brings a few gifts, one of them is the acceptance that the past is the past. So if you fell off the nutritional wagon this weekend, know that you can get back into a routine of solid choices and exercise starting RIGHT NOW. Don't let bad past decisions doom you going forward. I'm saying this for myself (Jacob) as much as anyone.
