Halloween fun at WCFM
REMINDER
Monthly CrossFit fees were due on FRIDAY 11/01.


We're collecting non-perishables for the local food pantry throughout the month of November. 
Place any donations under the bulletin board at the gym.

Warmup:  1 RM DL; at least 30 TTB while working your way up

150 wall balls (20/14)
Rx'd = squats below parallel and the ball MUST hit the 10' target.
