Day 12 of our dip challenge!
Garage Games Success!
Our 11 athletes represented well at the Garage Games Worldwide Resolutions competition at CrossFit MoTown in Moline on Saturday. Kyle and Coach Sarah both placed, on the podium within the Rx divisions, 2nd and 3rd, respectively. Doug placed in 2nd in the Scaled Masters 50 Division. Rachel, Amy, Becky, Katie S., Josh, Travis, Scott S., and Jeff J. finished in the middle of the pack within their divisions; however EVERYONE achieved personal bests in each of the 3 WODs. Our cheering squad was awesome as well, and Frank managed to capture a lot of the action in the video above. Thanks everyone for another great competition experience.
