Coaches Garvin FAVORITE EASY FAST Paleo Meal
Buffalo Chicken Slider Salad
3-4 chicken breasts
1 bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce 
1 onion, sliced or diced
1 bag coleslaw without dressing from produce section
1 bag spinach
Paleo mayonnaise (use your favorite homemade recipe)
Apple cider vinegar

1. Place chicken breasts and onion in a slow cooker/crockpot.
2. Dump hot sauce over top of chicken and onion.
3. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
4. When done cooking, shred chicken using 2 forks.
5. Make dressing for coleslaw: pour 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a bowl then add 2 heaping tablespoons of mayonnaise. Whisk together, then add coleslaw and stir in dressing.
6. On a plate, place a handful of spinach, then a scoop of coleslaw, and top off with your chicken and onions. 
*When you're not strict Paleo, add some crumbled bleu cheese on top.
