WOD
For 10 minutes total:
On the even minutes (0, 2, 4, etc...): practice your handstand walk and see how many meters you can go (substitute shoulder taps if you are not able to walk)
On the odd minutes (1, 3, 5, etc...): incrementally work your way up to a 1RM strict press

20 front squats AHAP (unbroken)
