USAF Capt. Jacob Garvin allegedly returns from reserve duty "training" today (I don't hold my breath on timeliness when it comes to the military). Thus, if everything goes as planned for Jacob's return, it will be my last day coaching the evening WODs for a while. I truly enjoyed seeing so many familiar faces this past two weeks and getting to know so many of the new faces of WCFM. I hope you all had as much fun as I did in the gym.
All this week we will be practicing doubleunders and dips during our warm ups. Get those shoulders mobilized, friends!
WOD
7 minute stations with 1 min rest between stations
- 7 mins to find 1 RM clean and jerk
- 7 min AMRAP: 1 clean and jerk @ 90% 1 RM
- 7 min AMRAP: Row 200 m, 12 over-the-rower burpees
