There are a lot of instructions for this WOD, so read the fine print, y'all!

WOD
15 min AMRAP:
1 rope climb 
5 dips
15 burpees

Rest 

Hallf the class works at a time, 20 min cap, then each half will switch tasks. Work must go in the order below, which means the group cannot move on until step 1 is completed.

1. Move all of the kettlebells and dumbells to other end of the room, and line them up in order by ascending weight.
2. Move the stacks of free weights to opposite wall, including weight tree (stack weights in ascending order).
3. Move sandbags to opposite wall and stack in ascending order.
4. Move barbells plus barbell holder to opposite side of the room and put bars in holder.
5. 300 total team wall ball shots (everyone can work at the same time).
