This Saturday:
Want to test your mettle versus the steepest hill in town? The first 2 hours of open gym this Sat will consist of a WOD on Green Street. Meet in the St Marys Parking lot. 10-noon open gym will still be at the box.

TODAY
Big 24 Friday. Again, focus on your technique today. Don't worry about the weights. You won't get better if you keep practicing the same sloppy shit just to get a bigger number on the board.

3 hang squat snatch + overhead squat
8 Rounds: 3 power clean + push press
8 Rounds: 3 squat cleans
