To review, a push press is "bounce and lock". 
You get one bend of the knees, then you must straighten out and lock out to get the bar overhead. 
It should look like this:

8 Rounds
2 push press + 1 split jerk 
(no racking of bar between reps; increase weight each round) 
13 min AMRAP
1 burpee muscle up
5 KB swings, right arm
5 KB swings, left arm
5 weighted step ups (with KB)
