It's Memorial Day Weekend. The Murph Challenge is this Monday, 05/24, and we're having open gym hours that day. Today is Saturday Funday where you choose the WOD and in honor of all those that died while serving in the armed forces, we have a selection of Hero WODs. Embrace the suck and WOD with integrity this weekend and always.
