Dustin deadlifts deftly
The Big 24 is back for the next four Fridays. This is an untimed, strength- and technique-oriented WOD. Focus on doing each lift well at a weight that is challenging and that does not sacrifice good form. It's the perfect chance to train better motor patterns for the big lifts.

8 Rounds: 3 power clean + push press
8 Rounds: 3 squat cleans
