6 Rounds:
2 front squats right into 2 back squats. Increase weight each round. 
3 Extra back squat singles at the end increasing weight. 
2 weighted KB lunges each leg between sets.

50 doubleunders
40 burpees
30 overhead squats (115/75)
20 chest-to-bar pullups
10 HSPUs
20 CTB pullups
30 OHS
40 burpees
50 doubleunders
