HOLIDAY HOURS START THURSDAY, 12/24
We will have two (2) WODs only on Christmas Eve at 12 and 1 PM.
We are closed Christmas Day, 12/25

Our Annual Christmas Party is THIS SATURDAY!

WOD
6 Rounds:
2 front squats right into 2 back squats. Increase weight each round. 
3 Extra back squat singles at the end increasing weight.
Work up to heavy snatch in between rounds, instead of lunges
--
13 rounds:
1 snatch @ 85 percent 1 RM
3 deficit HSPU
5 wall balls (20/14; 10 ft target)
