Reminders:
1) Saturday, the 29th, there is only one class session at 7 AM. There will be no open gym.

2) We're still taking nominees for Warrior of the Month. Who stands out? Our first WOM will be announced during the first week of November.

Today we combine our strength work with an AMRAP. We're used to doing thrusters fast and furiously around here. Today we're going to find out the maximum load we can thrust overhead. Limber up those shoulders and quads - perhaps with some mobilitywod.com? We'll close out the day with some functional sandbag getups and gymnastic chest-to-wall. Both move us toward closing the margins on our balance, agility, and stamina. Not to mention our mental fortitude. Regardless, it's over in 10 minutes.

3-3-3-3-3 thruster @80% 1RM
10 min AMRAP of:
10 sandbag getups
5 chest-to-wall
