Things to note:
1) Only one class this Saturday at 7 AM and no open gym. As usual, it's Choose Yer Gurl Saturday for the WOD. See choices below.
2) We posted some physical challenges up on the wipe-board for when we have downtime before class starts (if you get here early), after class ends, or during usual open gym hours on Saturdays. These challenges include the 2-minute squat challenge, burpee challenge, and double-under challenge. Just let us know when you want to get up on the wall of fame. All it takes is some guts and a stop watch!
3) HALLOWEEN WOD POTLUCK PARTY, MONDAY, OCT. 31. All day we're featuring a Halloween-themed WOD. Wear your costume to workout! The potluck starts at the 4:30 PM WOD, and continues through the 6:30 PM WOD. Bring a dish, do a WOD, and stay to socialize, eat, drink, and cheer on fellow athletes.
