You guys are getting so good at handstand push-ups that they can now serve as your new party trick. Hopefully, you'll do that party trick while wearing a WCFM t-shirt. The winning slogan for the new shirts is: "This s*!t sucks. Same time tomorrow?" We'll let you know when we've ordered a batch. We'll be selling them at cost.
Our quest for virtuosity continues as we develop our stamina. Three separate AMRAPs for a total of 15 minutes will test your end of week energy levels. Y'all better recognize.
