Be sure to wish your fearless coach, Jacob, a very happy 29th birthday today. Hopefully this last year of his 20s eclipses all the rest! I do wonder about the stability of his sanity, though, when he programs all of his least favorite movements on his birthday.

We're all about gymnastic movements in today's WOD. Think about positioning of your hands in relation to your shoulders, especially on the handstand pushups. No worries if you're not poppin out handstands yet. We'll get you on a box to strengthen those shoulders.

5 handstand pushups
10 pistols, alternating legs
15 pullups
