We don't usually throw planks into an AMRAP because they reduce overall intensity. We include them today to preserve the intensity of our good ol' homeboy: Curtis P. Don't worry kids, it'll all be over in 20 minutes. How does the old saying go? Mind over matter? If you don't mind, then it doesn't matter. We'll revisit progressions of the muscle-up as our skill for the day.
