Ok, we gotta give props where props are due. After Wednesday's skill session with the clean, we've seen MILES of improvement in everyone's mechanics. Whether you have years of experience with the clean or whether you're just learning, the practice exercises we went through are great for finding cues that get you through the whole movement. Great job, everyone!
Thursday's WOD is a benchmark Girl workout, and you can mark it down in your binder when you're through. The movements in this WOD are all bodyweight exercises, so no load and no bar mechanics to slow you down. Think about what you're going to be for Halloween while you tackle the reps...
