The winning time for Monday's Halloween WOD was 20:32. Fantastic efforts from everyone! Thank you Beth for bringing in the 8-pound wall ball, though as one half of the winning team, we wonder if it was doctored up for the advantage! It could have just been the energy rush of your apple bread...
Today we're back to work on our deadlift. There better not be a rounded back in the bunch. Keep that belly glued tight to your spine through the whole motion to keep your back from taking on the brunt of the load, particularly at the end of the lift as you set the bar down. Following that, we'll take on "Nicole". Lately, Jacob has a thing for AMRAPs. It's all over in 20 minutes!
