Great work to those that completed Nicole! We saw a lot of gains in pullup strength and technique over the course of the day. It's exciting to see everyone's progress.
Today we return to our Tabata roots with a new twist on Tabata squats. Remember, Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. With a bottom up squat, you take your 10 seconds of rest at the bottom of your squat. Keep your weight back on your heels and your chest up while you rest! We're keeping track of the least number of reps completed during each set (i.e. 8 rnds) of Tabata. Good luck!!
