What a turn out for Monday's painstorm!! The results are below, and sorry I cut off the seconds from the second column's times. Great job by everyone. You stuck it out for victory!

Today we're attacking to staple CrossFit WODs. If you have time recorded for either one, try to beat it. If you have not done "Fran" as prescribed, try to up your weight from last time. Let's push the envelope here, friends, and practice greatness.
