Oh Paleo People!!! Your Week 4 scoresheets are due tomorrow night by 6:30. Then, it's only 3 more days of which to keep track of points and our celebration of the end is this Friday after the 6:30 PM class! What are you most looking forward to (besides our party)? What new habits will you keep? What old habits just won't die (ahem, Latte Lady)? Don't be so quick to go back from where you came!

Today we're jump starting Sarah's 30-Day "Annie" Challenge by doing that as a warm up. Then, it's on to our favorite complex and some rope ascents. Below is a haiku of the first lifting commandment. Learn it. Know it. Live it.
