Paleo Peoples: Your Week 4 Scoresheets are due tonight at 6:30 PM. Scoresheets for the last two days of the challenge are due by 10 AM on Friday. Winners and prizes will be announced and awarded on Friday night at our closing celebration, which starts after the 6:30 PM class. We will have appetizers and tasty non-Paleo adult beverages.
Today we work on our kipping pullups, front squats, and deadlift. Remember the haiku from yesterday for your squats and deadlift. It's all about your heels. And of course, when you read the word "squat" you IMMEDIATELY thought "ass to grass, I'm gettin' LOW." Come on my lean, mean, Warrior machines! You got this.
