You're Invited! Connie will be hosting a Paleo Potluck BBQ at her home at 5 PM on Sunday, February 26th. Grilled meat and a few side dishes will provided. Feel free to bring a favorite Paleo dish to share. All WCFM members and kids are welcome. See the front bulletin board for more details.

Today we're rockin' out our upper body with pullups, handstand pushups, burpees, and regular pushups. These are full body movements (aren't they ALWAYS) that require your full attention and engagement. A tight core (i.e., engaging those abs) will go a long way toward stabilizing your HSPU and toward lowering your chest to the floor during pushups. Every day is a chance to get more range of motion as well as become more functional. Plus, you just might get a set of guns out of it. Spring and sleeveless shirt season is JUST around the corner!

Strict Pullup Pyramid to 7 x 3 situps between sets
