Today we're rockin' out our upper body with pullups, handstand pushups, burpees, and regular pushups. These are full body movements (aren't they ALWAYS) that require your full attention and engagement. A tight core (i.e., engaging those abs) will go a long way toward stabilizing your HSPU and toward lowering your chest to the floor during pushups. Every day is a chance to get more range of motion as well as become more functional. Plus, you just might get a set of guns out of it. Spring and sleeveless shirt season is JUST around the corner!

Strict Pullup Pyramid to 7 x 3 situps between sets
