Paleo Participants! Week 1 down. Results are pictured below. Week 2 starts today and it's still anyone's challenge to win. Similar to our Tabata WODs, aim to match or to exceed Week 1's score. Great recipes are available in the comments of our Paleo Challenge page. Get inspired and get creating!! The first week is hard, but stick with it through Week 2. We promise it gets easier.

The front squat returns! Remember that rack position: elbows high, triceps parallel with the floor, and using that collarbone to help support the bar. It's all about the core in this place. The closer to your body you keep a load, the more stability, strength, and control you will have. So stand tall and firm, Warriors!!
