And now, down to some real business. Warriors, some of us have fallen off the Paleo wagon. Sooooo here is the conscious CHOICE we are going to have to make: throw in the towel or continue our campaign against refined sugar? I liken it to a WOD: if you have one sloppy power snatch, do you give up the lift completely or do you finish what you started? What's done is done. Forget about our transgressions. Few humans are willing to examine their own behavior in relationship to sugar. Reclaim your body from the most prevalent pleasure drug of them all!
