Bodyweight Week with Danelle continues while Coaches Jacob & Sarah test every microbrew on the coast of Oregon.
Today is another benchmark Girl WOD and one to write down in your binders with your finish time. For each of the movements, here are your range of motion check points:
pullups: chin over the bar
pushups: chest down to the ground
situps: all the way up and all the way down (if subbing in crunches, shoulder blades must come off the floor)
air squats: ass to grass (in other words, as low as possible) - get a medicine ball if you're unsure and squat to that
