Bodyweight Week with Danelle continues while Coaches Jacob and Sarah are away. Today you have a choice between two benchmark Girl WODs. Remember to write your rounds down in your binder when you finish. Points to think about: as always, DEEP squats on "Cindy" and don't let your heel come up during pistols while doing "Mary". Our recommendation on what to choose? Choose what you are worst at because it will be a great chance to get better.
