 Thanks to all our supporters that came out en masse Saturday night. We enjoyed celebrating our one year anniversary with all of you and we are looking forward to many more celebrations!

Today is a HEAVY deadlift day, so stretch out those hammies! It is also a rope climb day, so get out the knee socks and protect your lower legs from the burn. Last, the construction on Sycamore is done, so our old 400 m loop is BACK! You are free to run around the block!
