We're back from a fun weekend in St. Louis where we saw the Cardinals and went up the Gateway Arch. With the arrival of a new month, it's time to get to work! The newsletter will be out later today and we'll announce a new Warrior of the Month.

8 Rounds of 20 sec of work, 10 sec of rest for each of the following:
- Pushups
- KB Swings (53/35)
- Wall walkups
- Split squats
- Sprints
- Strict pullups
