IDK what happened, but Wednesday was pretty thin in terms of attendance. What are you saying, Warriors? Are you afraid for Curtis P, sandbag getups, or the rain? Just kidding. I'm sure you all had good reasons for staying away ;)

Top tips for ring dips: 1) keep the rings close to your body; 2) lean into the dip as you go down; 3) exhale on the strain; and 4) keep a positive attitude!
