In a special celebration of Christmas, we're working our way through the 12 Days of Christmas. Just think of all those non-Paleo treats you'll be having this weekend when your motivation starts to flag!

WOD
Before moving onto the next exercise, complete all preceding exercises 
(just like in the Christmas carol "The 12 Days of Christmas"). 
For example, by the end of the WOD, you will complete 12 power snatches.
1 Xmas power snatch
2 Curtis Ps
3 ring dips
4 pullups
5 ankles-to-bar
6 deficit pushups (25 lb plates)
7 air squats
8 jumping lunges (4 per leg)
9 box jumps (24"/20")
10 wall balls (20/14)
11 KB Swings (53/35)
12 thrusters
