Have you told us about your Acts of Kindness lately?

From now until January 11, 2013, every strength session on Tuesdays and Fridays will be focused on back squat. The goal is to increase the weight you use for the rep scheme by 5 pounds each day you perform it. Remember our top tips for squat success:

- sit up TALL. Puff out that chest (think goblet squats, yo).
- spread those knees at the bottom of the squat (try to make a box with your legs).
- push the bar up (sounds obvious and silly, but it helps to think about it when your at the bottom).
