Here's her CrossFit story...

Why did you start Crossfitting?
To try something new and my friend Ashley couldn't stop telling me how great it is. She was right. And I began because of a friend referral, but I kept coming back to CF because of the results I felt and saw. I have never experienced the same results from any other previous type of exercise. Another thing I really like about CF is that I get to lift, but I don't have to plan the workout!

Favorite workout/exercise?
I can only choose one?! "Diane" - Dead lifts and HSPUs

Least favorite? 
 Seriously, only one? Wall Balls and SBGUs.

Athletic background?
None.

Goals within the next year inside or outside of the gym?
Well, what I wrote in my binder (that's for you Sarah) is to kip pullups successfully with no band and full depth HSPUs. I would also like to eat clean during the February Paleo challenge. I did not make it to the end of the last challenge in August. I'd also like to get a "2" in front of my deadlift.

Advice for people just beginning CrossFit? 
Stick with it - even if it is just 2 times each week. Keep coming back!

1 RM deadlift
Then,
1 deadlift @ 70% 1 RM every 10 seconds for 20 reps

1 barbell complex (95/65)
20 box jumps
1 rope ascent
