DAY 2 of Paleo.
Yeah, we're going to be counting the days for a little bit because we're all crap addicts. 
It's like entering a 12-step program for carboholics. 

Major challenge ahead tomorrow: SUPERBOWL SUNDAY. We hope you prepped your Paleo menu with some ideas we posted earlier this week. Jacob and I were 100% strict Whole30 last year and made it out just fine. Plus, I won $40 in the betting pool!!

It's Saturday and that ALWAYS means you get to choose your own workout. Anyone working on defeating a CrossFit-specific skill? Today is a great day to work on that! And guess what else it's great to work on today (AND EVERY DAY)? That's right, your freaking mobility issues. Use our foam rollers, bands, and lacrosse balls to floss out the crunchy mess in your hips, back, and shoulders. You know front squat isn't going anywhere for a while, sooooo.....get on it.

U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Joshua Desforges, 23, of Ludlow, Massachusetts, assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, was killed on May 12, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents David and Arlene, and his loving sister Janelle.
