You have until 02/14 to pre-register for our 1st Annual MuscaVegas St. Paddy's Day Throwdown. On 02/15, we open up registration to the general public. We're capping the competition at 30 teams of 2.

Have you heard about the Thunderstruck 10-miler at Loud Thunder Forest Preserve? It's FREE and it's fun trail running on Saturday, March 3, 2013.

Registration for The CrossFit Games Open began last Wednesday. The Open WODs will be released on March 6, 2013. Are you signed up?
