A Paleo Valentine's Day
Is your special man or woman Paleo this Valentine's Day? Well don't feel as if you have to miss out on chocolates completely. There are several good recipes for what are commonly called "Fudge Babies" and these are totally Paleo (although they toe the sugar line because of all those dates). Be sure to leave out the chocolate chips/bars. Don't worry, the cocoa and the dates will do the job :)

Hot Fudge Brownie Babies (simply roll these into balls instead of shaping into bars)
Cashew Cookie Babies
Ginger Babies
Thin Mint Brownie Babies
Paleo Brownies (I use 1/4 more applesauce and 1/4 cup less oil, and a few more dates)
