Yesterday, Ryan became a Dad!
CONGRATULATIONS!!
Ryan and Sara Wilson welcomed 8 lbs. baby girl Katelyn Marie on 04/03 at 7:36 AM.
Mom and baby are both doing well.

Hey remember when we did squat cleans, and I said success lies in the setup? The same is true for the deadlift, particularly many reps of deadlift. Get your setup before you start each and every rep - train your body to "get tight" before it starts the heavy lifting and you'll stay tight through the lift. If you practice great motor skills now by getting and maintaining your setup, you'll get stronger faster and soon, you'll be ripping off reps during a WOD like it ain't no thing but a chicken wing.
